We are not Santai Seaplane, not PT Wisarada Sapanta Utama, and not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a subsidiary of any seaplane operator named on this site.

A private charter is priced as a full aircraft booking, and the total depends on the aircraft type, positioning legs from the operator’s base, intermediate stops, landing and handling fees at the destination, and weather-driven repositioning. Because those inputs change per trip, this site does not invent a headline price. Every route page directs you to request a quote through the concierge desk, and any figure an operator ultimately confirms is theirs, not ours.

What Happens If an Operator Cancels or Changes My Route?
Because Juara Holding Group does not operate the aircraft, we cannot guarantee weather holds, an operator’s slot availability, or that a route feasible on paper will be confirmed for your travel date. If an operator cancels, reschedules or substitutes an aircraft, we will relay that information to you as soon as it reaches us and help you coordinate an alternative where one exists. Any deposit, refund or rebooking term is set by the operator you are matched with, not by this site; ask for those terms in writing before you pay.
