Seaplane charter Bali: one strip per destination, worked by a desk
Every water route out of Bali gets its own flight-progress strip: departure water, over-water leg, an indicative block time with its source and date, the landing surface, and what this desk can and cannot promise. We are a charter desk, not an airline. Flights are arranged with licensed Indonesian amphibious operators, in daylight only, and every price is a written quote because Indonesia has no public seaplane tariff.

What this desk can promise, and what it cannot
Seaplane Charter Bali brokers charters. It does not own aircraft, hold an air operator certificate, or fly. That line decides everything below, so it comes third on the page, not last.
This desk can promise
- Route arrangement with licensed Indonesian amphibious operators, one aircraft per strip
- Landing-consent requests to the resort, harbour master or park office that owns the water
- Resort and yacht coordination: jetty, tender, anchorage position, ground leg
- A written whole-aircraft quote, within a turnaround we state when we acknowledge the brief
- An honest "not feasible" from the operator before any money moves
This desk cannot promise
- A public tariff: Indonesia has no published seaplane fare table as of 2026
- Per-seat prices: charters are quoted for the aircraft, not the passenger
- A water landing regardless of sea state: the operator decides on the day
- Night operations: every leg is daylight VFR, sunrise to civil sunset minus a buffer
- Ratings, testimonials or awards: none are shown because none are verified here

Fill one strip for one Bali departure
Pick a destination, a month, the shape of the day and where you intend to land. The desk fills the strip with what it can stand behind: an indicative block time with its source and date, the Denpasar daylight window, the latest departure that still lands with a margin, a same-day verdict, landing-surface requirements and the promise lines. The price field never changes.

Eight strips, one per Bali-departure water route
Block times are desk planning estimates (great-circle distance at about 140 kt cruise plus 10 minutes of taxi and climb). No Indonesian amphibious operator publishes a Bali route schedule with durations as of September 2026, so strips without a defensible estimate say "on quote" rather than guess. Empty is honest; hidden is not.

West monsoon · Nov–Mar
Wetter, with rougher seas and afternoon build-ups. Sheltered-bay landings are declined more often; the desk plans earlier departures and keeps the airstrip alternate live. Planning caution, not a forecast.
SE trades · May–Sep
Drier, steadier mornings, shorter days: daylight sits near 11.7 h in June and July, so the same-day margin is the tightest of the year.
Fixed desk assumptions
30-min pre-splash daylight buffer · 45-min turnaround on the water · daylight VFR only · same-day FITS needs a latest departure at least 90 min after sunrise. These are the desk's numbers, printed on every strip.
Data column C · Landing-surface register · as of Sep 2026
Three surfaces, and what must exist before a strip can use them
A seaplane does not land where you want; it lands where the water, the consent and the operator agree. The register lists what has to be in place for each surface, who arranges it, and what cannot be promised. Facts come from the resort water-landing and yacht rendezvous pages.
Sheltered-bay water landing
- What must exist
- A sheltered lee with a clear run; a consent request answered by the resort, harbour master or park office; a sea-state limit that the operator sets and checks on the morning.
- Who arranges it
- Desk sends the consent request and the site rules brief; resort answers; operator accepts or declines the water on the day.
- Cannot be promised
- A landing regardless of swell, wind or boat traffic. Tides shift the usable window at some sites.
Airstrip alternate
- What must exist
- A published airstrip within the operator's approval; amphibious wheels-down capability on the aircraft flown; a ground leg from strip to water or resort.
- Who arranges it
- Operator files the alternate; desk arranges the ground transfer and tells the resort the plan changed.
- Cannot be promised
- That the alternate is never used. In the west monsoon it is used more often, and the quote says so.
Yacht / phinisi open-water rendezvous
- What must exist
- A vessel tender able to come alongside a float; an anchorage position sent to the operator before departure; a captain willing to hold station; a sea state inside the operator's limit.
- Who arranges it
- Vessel supplies tender and position; operator judges the water; desk carries every message between captain, operator and guest.
- Cannot be promised
- A rendezvous in open swell, or any transfer if the captain and the pilot disagree about the water.
How the desk arranges it · four strip-moves
Brief, availability and consents, written quote, day-of coordination
- 1
Brief
You send a strip, filled here or in your own words: route, month, shape of the day, landing intent, party size and bags. The desk acknowledges and states the quote turnaround.
- 2
Operator availability and consents
The desk checks aircraft availability with a licensed Indonesian amphibious operator and sends the consent requests the landing surface needs: resort, harbour master, park office or vessel captain.
- 3
Written quote
One whole-aircraft figure with the operator named, the routing, the alternate and the weather terms. If the operator says the leg is not feasible, you hear that instead of a number.
- 4
Day-of coordination
Morning sea-state and daylight check, jetty or tender timing, ground legs. The pilot's decision on the water is final, and the desk relays it without dressing it up.
- Seaplane Charter Bali is a charter desk within Juara Holding Group, a Bali-based group operating. It brokers; it does not fly.
- Operator-licensing statement: every flight the desk arranges is operated by an Indonesian air operator certificate holder under Indonesian civil aviation rules. The desk holds no AOC and never represents itself as the operator.
- No ratings, testimonials or awards appear on this site. Where a claim cannot be verified, it is not made.

Bali to Gili
Lombok Strait crossing to a sheltered island lee; consent and sea state decide the landing.
Bali to Lombok
West-coast resorts by water or the airstrip alternate; two surfaces on one strip.
Bali to Menjangan / North Bali
Park water with a two-party consent chain; the shortest way to the far side of Bali.
Bali to Nusa Lembongan
The shortest strip in the rack; timing against boat traffic matters more than distance.
South Bali to Sumbawa
Two straits, one aircraft; feasibility and fuel planning sit with the operator before a quote.
Bali to Sumba
A long over-water leg where range decides; the page explains the reality before the routing.
Bali to Banyuwangi
Bali Strait crossing to an airstrip; the water aerodrome is an outlook, and the page says so.
Bali–Komodo relay
Bali to Labuan Bajo leg, then park waters; park entry is a separate line, never bundled.
Resort water-landing transfers
Site rules for a water landing at a resort: consent, lee, tide, jetty and what the operator checks.
Yacht / phinisi rendezvous
Tender, anchorage position, captain's hold: the checklist for meeting a seaplane at sea.
