These terms govern every quote, coordination request and booking handled through Seaplane Charter Bali. Juara Holding Group works as an independent broker and coordination desk, arranging flights with licensed Indonesian seaplane operators — we do not own aircraft, hold an Air Operator Certificate or set weather minimums. The operator’s AOC and the pilot-in-command decide whether, when and how a flight happens.
Who is Juara Holding Group under these terms?
Seaplane Charter Bali is a product of Juara Holding Group, an independent concierge and coordination desk established in 2015. We are a broker, not an aircraft operator, not the asset owner, and not a licensed aviation, financial, legal or tax adviser. When you request a route quote through this site, you are asking us to coordinate with a licensed operator on your behalf — you are not booking directly with us as a carrier.
Nothing on this site should be read as a guarantee of affiliation with any named operator. Where we reference a company’s public announcements — for route capability, hub location or aircraft type — we are citing what that company has published, not claiming a partnership unless one is explicitly stated and dated.
Which operator actually flies the aircraft?
Every seaplane leg is flown by a third-party operator holding a valid Indonesian Air Operator Certificate under CASR Part 135 (charter) or Part 91 (general operations), issued and supervised by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA). As one example of how this works in the current market: a South Bali–Sumbawa route published by an amphibious operator states its flights run under an Indonesian partner’s AOC, PT Wisarada Sapanta Utama, certificate number AOC 135-067, approved by the Ministry of Transport and DGCA Indonesia. Where a route you request is served by a different operator, we disclose the certificate holder and hub before you commit to a deposit.
As of September 2026, no operator has published a live route page for Bali–Gili, Bali–Lombok, Bali–Nusa Lembongan, Bali–Sumba or Bali–Komodo seaplane water landings. We treat every one of these routes as feasibility-on-request: we submit your dates and party size to operators with published or announced capability in that corridor and report back what is actually confirmed, not what is theoretically possible.
How are quotes and prices structured?
We do not publish per-seat or hourly seaplane fares because no verifiable public pricing exists for this market as of 2026. Every quote is built from the specific route, date, party size and aircraft the operator assigns, and is confirmed in writing before any deposit is requested.

Route durations shown on this site are desk estimates for planning purposes, labeled as such, until an operator confirms them in your specific booking. We do not control or set these times.
What happens with deposits, changes and cancellations?
A deposit secures a provisional slot with the operator; it does not create a guaranteed flight until the operator issues written confirmation. Deposit percentage, change fees and refund windows are set by the operator for each booking and are stated in your quote before payment. As a baseline across most charter operators we coordinate with:

These figures are indicative starting points for discussion, not contractual promises; the operator’s own conditions of carriage, issued at booking confirmation, govern the specific transaction and take precedence over anything summarized here.
When can a flight be delayed, rerouted or cancelled for safety?
Seaplane operations in Indonesia are daylight-only and depend on weather, tide and sea state at both the departure and arrival water aerodrome. Under CASR Part 139 Volume III (SKEP/227/VIII/2010, updated by KP 206 Tahun 2021), a water aerodrome must meet certified physical, obstacle-limitation and visual-aid standards before an operator may use it, and coordination with AirNav Indonesia and relevant maritime units is required for every landing site. CASR Part 91 Amendment 5 requires every seaplane to carry one life jacket per occupant, sound-signal equipment consistent with COLREGs, and an anchor or sea anchor where the aircraft’s operations manual calls for one.
The pilot-in-command has sole authority to delay, reroute or cancel a flight on safety grounds, and that decision is final. We cannot override it, expedite it or promise an alternative timing. Yacht and phinisi rendezvous transfers are similarly subject to the coordinated water-aerodrome area and vessel positioning being available and safe at the agreed time.
What data do we collect and how is it protected?
We collect the information needed to request a quote and coordinate a booking: your name, contact details, travel dates, party size and any passport or visa details an operator requires for manifest purposes. This is processed under Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law, Undang-Undang No. 27 Tahun 2022 (UU PDP), which governs lawful basis, retention and your rights to access or request deletion of your data.
For visitors from the European Economic Area, we apply GDPR-consistent practices as a matter of good faith: we do not sell your data, we share it with an operator only to fulfil your specific request, and you may ask us at any time what we hold on you. We do not store payment card details; any deposit is processed through the operator’s or our payment provider’s own secured channel, never typed into this site directly.
Separately, note that Indonesia’s entry requirements changed materially in 2026: the national e-visa platform now requires All Indonesia app pre-arrival registration under a One Person One Visa biometric rule from mid-2026, visa-free entries saw a significant decline in the first half of 2026 versus the same period in 2025, and a Visa on Arrival costs IDR 500,000 for 30 days, extendable once, plus a Bali tourism levy of about IDR 150,000 per person. These figures are current as of 17 September 2026 and subject to change by Indonesian immigration authorities without notice from us.
What law governs these terms?
These terms, and any booking coordinated through Seaplane Charter Bali, are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, including Undang-Undang No. 1 Tahun 2009 on aviation, Undang-Undang No. 17 Tahun 2008 on shipping, and Peraturan Pemerintah No. 40 Tahun 2012 where it applies to water aerodrome operations. Any dispute that cannot be resolved directly will be referred to the courts of Indonesia with jurisdiction over Juara Holding Group’s place of business.
